Sunday worship at Christ Church
Christ Church is a beautiful venue for celebrations and the six bells played by accomplished parishioners
provide the perfect accompaniment to such occasions.
The impressive church interior is bright and airy throughout the year, with detailed stained glass windows
and fresh flowers. Those who wish to have a service at Christ Church should live in the parish or
worship here regularly.
Our regular Eucharist is held at 11.00 a.m. every Sunday, and at 8.00 a.m. on the first Sunday of every month
we celebrate Holy Communion using the Book of Common Prayer. The last service of each month is an 'All Age Service',
at which we especially welcome younger people and families with children.
Creche facilities are provided in the Church Hall or at the back of the church, and there is a Sunday
Club for young people.
After the service, please don't rush away! We meet at the back of the church for coffee, tea or squash
and to get together socially.
