Maundy Thursday Service – by Rev’d Alison Judge

Maundy Thursday Service – by Rev’d Alison Judge

On Maundy Thursday we remember Jesus last supper with his disciples, his betrayal and arrest. Three things stand out from the gospel accounts of that night:
Jesus companionship with his friends,
the physical actions of washing the disciples feet, the breaking of bread and sharing the cup,
and the dreadful isolation and fear that Jesus felt alone in the garden.
